AI for the education sector
Teachers are expected to guide students through AI before they have had the chance to build their own confidence with it. We start the other way round: we train teaching staff to use generative AI in their own work — lesson preparation, materials, parent communication, admin — so that they can guide students from experience rather than theory.
Sessions run on site or online, in German, French or English, for a single school or a whole department.
Our longest-standing collaboration is with HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich, where we design and deliver accredited seminars and programmes — from one-day seminars to a full CAS.
I recently had the opportunity to attend a training day at the Staatslabor in Bern on the topic of “AI in Public Administration” – absolute hands-on mentality, clearly explained, a great mix of theory and practice, and directly applicable to everyday work!

Three levels
Most schools start at Core and move up. Each level runs as a 2-hour, half-day or full-day session.
- Core — For staff with little or no experience. What generative AI is, how to prompt it, and where it helps in a normal school week. No prerequisites.
- Advanced — For staff already using ChatGPT or Copilot. Advanced prompting, context engineering, and building custom GPTs the team can share.
- Expert — For staff who want AI inside their processes, not just their tasks. Designing simple agents and AI-supported workflows.

Built for schools, not adapted for them
Plenty of providers run generic AI trainings. Three things make ours worth a teaching day:
- Grounded in teaching – Examples come from the school day, not from generic business scenarios
- Hands-on – Participants work in the tools during the session and leave with something they can use on Monday
- Swiss context – Data protection and the realities of cantonal education systems are part of the session, not a footnote
