KI-Werkstatt
Run by staatslabor in partnership with AI Bridge, the KI-Werkstatt takes an administration from scattered ChatGPT use to a shared AI plan. It is built for organisations where individuals already use ChatGPT or Copilot, but nobody has decided what the organisation wants from it. No prior knowledge needed.
- Two practice blocks in Bern – How the models work and where their limits are, prompting on your own tasks, and what other administrations have actually solved.
- A workshop at your offices – Half a day with around five decision-makers, sorting use cases into test now, prepare later, watch.
- Your AI plan, in writing – Your position, five to eight assessed use cases with owners and next steps, delivered within two weeks — then an online follow-up one to two months later.
